Join me at the park for Lunchtime Express Wellness Workout!

Foundation Training will:

Improve your posture and strength
Help relieve physical pain
Only take up 30 minutes of your time during your lunch break!

What to bring:

Towel or yoga mat
Water
Smiling face

We will be conducting foundation Training in bare feet, You may want to bring sneakers if you have time to walk around before or after.
