Much of REVEL’s produce comes from Long Island and Sullivan County, while our all-natural prime cuts of meat come from Aspen Ridge in Colorado. Aspen Ridge sources prime-aged black Angus beef from the most exclusive family-owned ranches in America. Fresh pastas, salads, and a variety of globally-inspired dishes round out the menu, offering appetizing options for every palate.

When we can't get individual checks at meals, we will be SPLITTING the bill. If the bill does not include a gratuity, we will add 28% to the PRE TAX amount to cover both 8% tax and 20% gratuity), and divide it evenly. If you are not comfortable with that method, please reconsider coming to a group meal.
