Welcome Jen. If you allow me to give you two cents about Buddhism here you go:)
Buddha was not a boss, or authority of any kind. He presented himself as a partner and gave timeless and still just as relevant directly to modern lives teachings and powerful methods for constructive and fun development. He is like us but meditated more. He also said don't trust things just because Buddha said so. Check it for yourself.

Ohhhh, I wish you could make it for this ritual; but next month is even more special. "We", our group, will be doing the ritual for Ostara at the Oneonta Church of Unity which is such a wonderful and honorable request for us that we accepted. We will also be at 'Cindy's Serenity' beforehand, but the church ritual will be fantastic and we're so excited that 'we' were choosen to do the ritual! Blessings! TantricWitch
