Upstate Creative Writers

Got a few chapters of your sci-fi novel ready for an audience? Maybe you'd like someone to peruse that short memoir you're working on. Even if you have a whole bloody book or two done and waiting for someone's red pen...bring it on!

"Upstate Creative Writers" is a group for anybody who loves to write fiction, nonfiction, poetry - whatever! We meet to critique submissions every other Monday at the Panera Bread in Anderson (there's good space, lighting, seats and free wi-fi).

Come learn from and teach each other as writers, and maybe help each other out of that pesky writer's block along the way.

Maya Angelou said, "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." If you're bearing the agony of MANY untold stories inside, there's no greater way to find motivation to write than to meet with fellow writers! Join up!
