New York, NYUSA
December 8, 2009
I emigrated to NYC from Barbados to attend university in 1983 and have lived here at least half my life. I'm a fine art curator, entrepreneur, and professional paralegal who has travelled extensively in and out of the US.
I love the history and accessibility of Harlem. As the neighborhood has evolved over the 20 years I've been there I enjoy the diversity and the cultural offerings which continue to grow. I have always felt at home there.
Anyone who loves Harlem, it environs, and is interested in exploring it.
Jazz at the St. Nicks Pub at W149 and St. Nicholas. Opening at new art gallery on W 132nd Street.
I've lived in Harlem for almost 20 years. It's one of the most culturally diverse and unique neighborhoods in NY. I would love to share what I know and explore new places with like minded individuals.
