Uptown Netweavers AM Express II Meetup

Uptown Netweavers (both lunch and breakfasts in the area) are here to help YOU build YOUR business! We all know that the most cost-effective means of promoting your business is word-of-mouth, but most professionals go about this in the wrong (and usually most expensive) ways. Here is your chance to build your business the old fashioned way, with people getting to know YOU, what YOU do and who YOU are looking to meet. These meetings foster those introductions as people get to know you, like you and refer you to their friends, family and business contacts. This meeting is not for the timid or late-risers, though. We start sign-ins at 7am, with the meeting promptly starting at 7:30 and ending at 8:30 to get you on your way! If the boss has an issue, tell him/her that you are helping build THEIR business too! Meetings will follow the same format as other Netweavers groups around DFW: *30-second introductions around the room *5-minute business spotlight *Thank you's for leads/referrals, introductions, 1:1 meetings, etc The emphasis in the 1-1 is where you'll really see your networking growth. So plan on selecting a new person each week to set a time to meet with outside of the room for the purpose of educating each other about what you do and can offer to each other's personal network of contacts. Don't try to "sell" your 1-1, "train them" to properly represent you to their personal network of friends, family and co-workers. So come one, come all, but come serious about building your business and referrals!

The Doc did a GREAT job presenting today. He delivered the "tooth", the whole "tooth" and nothing but the "tooth" ;-)
