Speed work at Chase Park. Meet and just do your own workout on the track. I start at the only light on the track, the pole on the straightaway on the south side. I usually do a combination of 320s and 400s (the track is 1/5th of a mile), but it's a very individualized workout where you can do your own thing and meet-up in the middle to chat about your lap, progress, whatever.
It's a great workout and a fabulous start to the week!
