SBN ALLocal Dinner at Granary Tavern- Ticketed Event

Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts hosts the first ALLocal Dinner of 2013 at Granary Tavern on Tuesday evening, February 26, 2013.

This is the 14th installment of the ALLocal Dinner Series.

Located at the end of Milk Street, in the lovingly restored Charles Bulfinch building constructed in 1816, this new restaurant offers an informal and welcoming atmosphere along with delicious gastronomic offerings. Executive Chef Keenan Langlois, whose credo, "Simple food cooked perfectly never goes out of style" brings years ofexperience cooking in some of Boston's most celebrated restaurants including Lumiere, Gaslight and Union Bar and Grill. Locavore's will relish Granary Tavern's emphasis on slow food principles, fresh local farmers market produce and dynamic presentations.

Granary's ALLocal Dinner menu features three courses made from locally sourced ingredients accompanied by suggested beer, wine and spirit pairings by local Cisco Brewers! Meat or vegetarian/vegan options available.

Here's a little sample of what's to come...
Apple and parsnip salad with arugula and Westfield Farm, MA goat cheese finished with apply cider vinaigrette, grilled skirt steak from Archer Angus Farms, ME...and a delicious dessert topped with Ben's Sugar Shack, NH handmade maple ice cream...YUM!
