Start the new year right with easy, healthy soups! Cold days and long winter nights beg for warm soup to heat your core and keep you healthy during the flu season. There is indeed a reason for the old "chicken soup when you're sick" mantra! In this class, you'll learn some easy recipes to make delicious and nourishing soups at home.
Those with food allergies or other dietary restrictions are welcome, as we'll discuss a variety of modifications to the recipes. This is an information-packed class, and also a great place to bring your questions!
