In order to eat healthfully, one must learn how to COOK healthfully! Gourmet chef Karina Hines will teach workshop attendees some of her favorite raw and vegetarian recipes that utilize many of the crops grown at our farm and available locally throughout the farmers market season. This is a hands-on workshop, and recipes will be cooked and sampled. Participants should bring a clean cutting board and chef knife (or other preferred knife for vegetable chopping); email Rebekah if you need the farm to bring spare supplies for you. If you have any food allergies, please be sure to tell Rebekah prior to the program!
