Professional environmentalist and wild foods enthusiast, Russ Cohen, will lead a three-hour ramble through Great Brook Farm State Park in Carlisle to learn about at least two dozen species of edible wild plants, including possibly some edible mushroom species. Learn about seasonal availability, preparation methods, and guidelines for safe and environmentally responsible foraging.
