Hi Lisa:

If we are talking plastic, then let's talk bottled water. Many people purchase bottle wster then throw out the bottles afterwards because they do not come under being recycled. Those bootles can last for many years or centuries and build up polluting the environment. Time to go natural again. filter the water right from the faucet. Brita or some over to clear our water.
