Learn About Passive House Construction with the PTbeamBuilding Team from Placetailor. Volunteers are needed to work in both the house and the garden, whichever you prefer. Andree and Ken will provide pizza and drinks (around noon), good company, all the tools you need, and a sense of satisfaction! Experienced builders and gardeners and amateurs both welcome. This will be a demonstration workshop that will cover the making of sauerkraut, lacto-fermented soda, whey, kombucha, homemade mayonnaise, and enzyme-rich salad dressing and beet kvass. Not only are these nutritional superfoods, they're also delicious.
