Does anyone have a good recipe for yeast-free sourdough whole-grain rye bread?

There's a recipe for a yeast-free Westphalian Pumperknickel in Bernard Clayton's New Complete Book of Breads.

It is primarily rye flour with bulgar or cracked wheat and while I've never made it, that book that been impressing me lately. Picking it up at the library or some wise use of the look inside this book feature on Amazon will reveal the recipe (get ready for 2-5 hours of baking!).
