I'm a hospitality consult specializing with openings, operations, concept and menu development and sustainable practices.
Restaurants, outside of industries like steel manufacturies use more resources (gas, water, electricity) and create more waste than any other business. I am working to reduce that usage and help them embrace sustainable practices.
