Survive violent attacks. We're people that like to have more control over the outcome of being attacked and figure that the best way to do that is to be prepared. We focus heavily on being safe in our practice, work in real urban environments, and work from situations and positions that reflect actual types of attacks (rape, muggings, beatings, including with weapons). What this is not is a group that's worried about belts/ranks, trophies or boasting rights, nor titles and pomp. If you wonder if what we do works better than what you've done before, we would be happy to demonstrate as well. We do ask that, before you attend a class, you send us an email so that we know that you will be attending as we sometimes change venue. We look forward to meeting you.
