Meditate, Share, Connect, Explore, Grow

Optional Posture Clinic & Meditation Instruction is at 7:00 PM.

At this meeting, our friend Bruce will be the speaker: “I will share how my daily practice of gratitude has changed how I live my life, transforming me from a negative perspective to one of acknowledgement, acceptance & celebration of what it is I have right now. This shift for me has been as powerful if not more than meditation in itself, culminating in an increased state of mindfulness."

Hope to see you there :-)

What does gratitude mean to you?

What are some ways that you practice & express gratitude ?

What does that lead to (if anything) for you?

What are some other ways to be in the moment/mindful?

This was my first Urban Zen meetup, and it was a very powerful experience. Thanks to my small group discussion members! I look forward to seeing everyone again.
