At this meeting, our friend Bruce will be the speaker: “I will share how my daily practice of gratitude has changed how I live my life, transforming me from a negative perspective to one of acknowledgement, acceptance & celebration of what it is I have right now. This shift for me has been as powerful if not more than meditation in itself, culminating in an increased state of mindfulness."
