I have been meditating for a few years and would like to deepen my spiritual practice.
I try to be as mindful of my thoughts and emotions as often as possible in my everyday life.
It is going "well", meaning some days I seem to be able to be present and mindful easily, and other days I struggle with being present. I know this is the path though, and am becoming more at ease with the struggle.
All areas of my life would benefit from my awareness and presence.
