How do you experience Zen in your everyday life?

I try to be as mindful of my thoughts and emotions as often as possible in my everyday life.

If you have a meditation practice, how is it going?

It is going "well", meaning some days I seem to be able to be present and mindful easily, and other days I struggle with being present. I know this is the path though, and am becoming more at ease with the struggle.

In which areas of your life would you like to cultivate more awareness and equanimity?

All areas of my life would benefit from my awareness and presence.


I have been meditating for a few years and would like to deepen my spiritual practice.
