Bandido Jackalope Hunt Camp-Out

This camp-out is hosted by UA member Matt Reisz, who is coming at you like a rabid Jackalope with this event! He hopes you can share in the fun and entices UA with this exciting description....

"Madness and stars - get your games faces on because its time for a few days of random drunken debauchery at a now disclosed location.

The prophecy as so written in the beer stains states that we the people should abandon all hope of keeping our sanity and pilgrimage to the land known only as the Bandido! Here we shall hunt the elusive creature which can only be seen with many like minded souls . . . . full of beer and banana boats. Once captured, the beast shall be consumed in a manner that makes her taste like marinated chicken. Then the people shall wash in Tequila (The good Kind) and slip into a state where truth no longer matters and fires light the sky.

On these days there is room for 60 of the aforementioned astronauts. Keg beer and Jackalope Chicken will be provided Saturday in honor of the oldest trash talker in the area . . . bring your tequila, a side dish and your most carefully constructed lie . . . and let the mountain decide your fate."

The cost for the event will be a measly $20

Directions:

From Pasadena, drive north on I-210 for four miles to the exit for Highway 2/Angeles Crest Highway. Take that exit and drive northeast on Highway 2 for 28 miles to Santa Clara Divide Road at Three Points (signed). Turn left and drive two miles to the campground on the left.
