2010 Marathoners: How many runs do you have?

(1) There's no earthly reason a person should run 26.2 miles. I in no wise am pressuring you to join the 2010 marathon. (2) If you've already decided to run it, though, and you were a NYRR member on January 31st, 2009, you have to run nine runs and do a volunteer gig this year. I recommend the AHA Wall Street Run for the volunteer gig, mostly because it's in the afternoon one subway stop from my apartment. (3) Running nine runs won't be as easy this year, because of the 5000 entrant cap on most runs in Central Park. 7 qualifying runs have passed. There are 11 qualifying runs open for registration now, but most of them are pretty short and in Central Park. The 15 K this Sunday was sold out like a week and a half ago. You must register early for the Central Park Races. Where do you stand vis a vis race accumulation?
