I'm in North Denver, Northglenn to be precise, so I can basically be anywhere between Centennial and Boulder pretty easily. Either SAT or SUN would work for me, but SUN is probably easier to schedule around.
Let's be ambitious: why not do a social gathering this weekend, then use this social gathering to schedule a subject-specific meeting next month? Unless of course, the larger Group as a whole has a scheduled meeting or activity at the same time. Then the Groop meeting naturally has priority.
I'm not trying to steal anyone's thunder, it just seems that we have a number of members that want to do something SOON, so I think we should strike while the iron of enthusiasm is hot.

This is Travis, Part of the Meetup Denvers Urban Survival Netwok group.
Communication and events in the group seam to be a little bit lacking. But thats OK.
I think we should just have a quick informal meet some where. Coffee Shop, Library, park, something like that. No particular topic or goal, just to touch base. Someone mentioned a monthly meet, which sounds like a good idea to me.
I think this group is a great idea, and a great way to form connections and share knowledge.
So what do you guys think? When is a good day/time/place for you? Also, What area of town is every one in? North, South, down town, Way north? That way we can get a good idea of a mean area to meet.
