I saw your keychain / altoids reference. I have an empty altoids tin on my desk right now waiting to be filled.

I also carry a P-51 (the large size of a P-38) can opener on my key chain.

I'm an Emmy-nominated photojournalist. Here's what I've learned since I "Awakened" after the 2010 Haiti Earthquake.

FIRST: watch "Letter to my Children - Lessons from Haiti and Japan" (8.5 min - no sales) then enjoy My Instructables. IF you find you like these, "LIKE" them so your friends, family and social connections enjoy and benefit from this information.

What is the Least Survival Gear You should Carry Daily?

Survival Lessons can be Fun. Play an old favorite with me. IF You could only carry an Altoids Tin, what kind of Survival Kit gear could You include?

Your Cars and Office should have your customized 72 Hour Bag (sometimes called your 'Get Home Bag'). What should you include and WHY is included in this article.

How can I store food, water and other Survival Gear without being a Target? Read this.

Driving a car is about reaching your destination safely. Look at defensive driving as a "Survival Metaphor" and it keeps you and others out of danger. Read this to learn about "Kill Zones" you face on a daily basis.

I also write a "Common Sense Survival Tips Newsletter" with a free EDC (Every Day Carry) Report.

Enjoy what you can now and digest more later. These are a library you can check out any time you are ready to accelerate your learn as quickly as you can. Most disasters are instantaneous.
