Saturday track training

PLEASE NOTE THE NEW TIME:  8am!

In order to get some speed, track training are the best. Every week we will do longer intervals so we can get more comfortable with at the end of long race.

      Hi, you can come later but no one will be there after about 9:15am. Track training is difficult by yourself. Best to do as a group.
