Saturday track training

In order to get some speed, track training are the best. Every week we will post intervals training so we can get more comfortable with at the end of long race. Those training are really good for people wanting to run half-marathon and above distance.


For beginners, don't worry we will give you a modified version of the training.

-Warm-up (5 laps)

-6x100 strides + running exercices

-Core training: 

Pyramid[masked]-[masked]

75 sec rest between reps, 3 min between sets.
