2-3 times a week
Too many goals I have to achieve so I take it easy on my running part.
I am Carmen. I love running. 5-10k, half to one hour would be great for each running session. 2-3 times is very ideal but need some same minded people to keep me away from laziness. The perfect time for me would be 7pm -8:30 close to Jing an area.
