UX/UI Feedback wanted for Unified Inbox (UIB) Design Draft

Hi Fellow UX/UI Enthusiasts,

We're currently finalizing our new framework design for Unified Inbox

A few screenshots are here:

*Note:

After you click click on the action/reply icon in the slider menu => the whole menu slides out: http://cl.ly/3Y1E42340p0f3k2V3V44

Limitations:

Unfortunately in the current state and with this style it's not possible to add more functional icons in the row, such as "mark as", "move to" etc. (too crowded). Any suggestions how to solve this would be much appreciated!

The grid itself will change significantly, but I'd love your feedback about the slider and general framework of the app and if you or somebody you know is interested to contribute (design, coding or invest), you can register your interest here.
