What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than sharing a communal Ethiopian feast? Traditional Ethiopian dining consists of shared dishes, eaten without utensils using injera, a spongy flatbread, to scoop up the tasty bits! One of the better Ethiopian restaurants in town is Mahider. Here's a link to their menu:
There are many delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The combination plates are a great way to try several dishes at once!
If we reserve in advance, we can also partake in an Ethiopian coffee ceremony. During this ceremony, coffee beans are freshly roasted, then ground and brewed into an excellent drink.
For this event, we will limit the group to 10. Hope you'll join us for a unique and delicious ethnic meal!
