The film is featured as part of ASU’s “Sustenance” Exhibit, which pairs photos with film series and community discussion. Sustenance features the work of well-known and emerging national and international photographers who explore the topic of food from diverse perspectives: social, political, cultural, historical. Sustenance is part of the Institute for Humanities Research, Food Initiative.
Sustenance features the work of twelve photographers whose diverse views challenge our thinking about the food we put in our mouths every day, often without considering where it came from or what’s in it. Photographers include renowned naturalist Barbara Bosworth, Julia Kozerski, Rebecca Foley, Tae Young Chang, Guggenheim Fellow Dornith Doherty and other noteworthy artists. The Sustenance exhibit is located at Northlight Gallery, for hours, map, and parking info, visit http://art.asu.edu/gallery/northlight/hours.php
