I like whole, unrefined, unfractionated, unaltered foods. Which means I mostly go for Vegan RAW food; that's where the big appetite comes from... eating lots of Fruit and Veggies.
It's a healthier way to live, mentally and physically. And Healthy (thoughts, feelings, actions) = Happy!
I was on the Standard American Diet (SAD), and a Big Believer in so-called "real food" when I went Vegan overnight (1/6/85) after reading the book "Everything You Want to Know About Nutrition* (*But Were Afraid to Ask), and the rest is history.
The tremendous food, the stupendous conversation, and the cherished moments with this group will be treasured forever!
