Valley Forge National Historical Park commemorates more than the sacrifices and perseverance of the Revolutionary War generation; it honors the ability of citizens and their leaders to pull together and overcome adversity during extraordinary times.

I think the main organizer did not necessarily want a very large turnout so there were about 150 pretty enthusiastic people. I felt like I was in church instead of at a political rally. I think it is fine to include a prayer but more than that can be a conflict of interest. I think the discussion of the Constitution was good.

I didn't care for the women speaker who was concerned about Washington's religion etc. I was not at this rally because of this. I want to take action, make changes, and be more involved in local government.

I think the tea party was a good one. It was good to hear from several of the grassroots people too because it made it more inspiring. One thing I think we need to do is put our tea parties in a more public place so others see what we are about and want to join us. There will be more strength in numbers. Thanks to all who were moved to encourage and enlighten others.

My wife and myself thought it was interesting and were happy to see like minded people interested in our country and the need to keep God as a major part of our founding.
