Thanks for the greeting. I thought it sounded like an interesting event when I first read about it. The instruction on the Boxed Breathing exercise was one of my favorites. It worked pretty well in reducing anger and anxiety. Talking in front of a crowd of people normally makes me feel nervous because I'm usually a shy person, so I even tried this exercise before asking each question. I hope to meet with this group again sometime and hope everything goes well for you.

I very much look forward to attending the meetings, and will do so as soon as my current transportation issues are resolved! I hope I am able to contribute, and learn as much as I can from you wonderful people!
Thank you for the welcome letter! It is encouraging that so many folks are starting to think about being self reliant and how they would be able to care for themselves and loved ones in an emergency! My husband and I have been preparedness minded for many years and found out recently that disasters can be of a personal nature. We had a medical disaster, and our food storage and other preps helped get us through those difficult times. Looking forward to meeting with this group of people.
