    Nice use of spot colour. Might be better if you crop out the half-people on both edges. But the bicycle definitely works, they usually do, so leave as much of that in as possible - crop immediately to the right of the bare foot. Equally effective in a whole different way might be to crop out the entire bicycle, hard by the front wheel, but leave the lady on the right edge in. That would create an interesting juxtaposition between the way their two heads are turned. The two metal vents on top of the building are no big distraction, but if you wanted to go to the bother of cloning them out, that would also be a minor improvement. For that matter, leaving everything in at the left and cropping out the lady on the right, would also make an interesting pic! So there you've got three interesting pics in one, just by cropping in different ways, and a fourth by leaving it as is, it's still pretty good, but I think maybe the other three would be even better. I just noticed, too, that the color of the buidling wall is just like swimming pool water, perhaps on purpose, but it echoes the lifeguard theme very nicely.
