How to educate your fantastic Joomla customers!

  • Needs a date

  • Needs a location

  • Training your Joomla customers can be very rewarding and sometimes incredibly frustrating. Learn about the best ways to pass on the required skills for adding content and managing a site.

This topic is sure to generate a lot of interesting discussion as well. We'll all have our chance to talk about our worst customer or end user nightmares - protecting their anonymity of course!

As usual, there will be time to talk over your current Joomla issues and to show off about great things you've achieved recently.

Hello I am a new member from West Van who has volunteered to be the web editor for the Society of Automotive Historians. Prior to my involvement, we already have converted to version 3.2. I am on a steep learning curve, not have been involved with Joomla or a website before. The biggest challenges so far appear to be understanding the file structure, knowing how sub-file structures work. I also do not know how to load a pdf. file into 3.2 and have not found any forum on this subject.

Looking forward to learning more from the group.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
