Starting again - How should we do it?

If anyone is available to meet and chat about how we'd like the group to work over the next year, things we'd like to read, etc. that would be great. Time for a reset, I think.

Sorry, can't make tonight. But am certainly interested in staying with the group. Martian Chronicles sounds good for the next book. Lives of Girls and Women sounds like another good selection for the future. Rachel, do you have any suggestions?

    Ee Lyn, how about you?

I'm visiting family in the USA until the end of September but certainly hope to participate after that. I'm currently reading Lives of Girls and Women by Alice Munro and would love to discuss it if possible.

I've loved the discussions and the people I've met in this group, but have found the book selections problematic, in the sense that I either didn't like the books I read, or didn't want to read them at all. I certainly don't need to love every book and fully support exploring outside one's literary comfort zone, but I do need to get excited about the selection once in a while. In the end, maybe this just isn't the right group for me, but I'd love to discuss....

Hi James: would love to be there, but in a middle of a course right now. :( I'll put in my suggestions on discussion board. I'll most certainly rejoin the group in October! XO
