Damn that was a fine summer! It's time again to get back into some AWS joy. Join us for a talk all about the journey from desktop development to the production environment and how AWS can be used at each stage including testing, automation, builds and deployment.

We are planning on presentations with real life case studies. Please bring along your stories and questions. And let us know if you want to present your experiences.

Thanks to Vision Critical for hosting us this time!

We're super excited about this meetup. Come learn and share, and meet fellow Cloud Geeks. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

If you really want to see some magic see Gartner's latest report that puts AWS on a rocket ship, with the rest still back on earth:

Hey, thanks again for the talk and for organizing it! It was a great overview (for me, fairly new to AWS) about smarter architecture for dev/ops. Are the slides available? Thanks!

Thanks for the presentation Kima! I appreciated you keeping it conceptual so we could learn about the numerous capabilities of Amazon. I thought VPC and connecting the production network to Amazon was a good suggested next topic as I'd imagine it's the next step for a lot of us.

Kima did a great job talking about all the various AWS services and tools available to help automate the development process, and positively change the build-deploy-test cycle.

Thanks again to Vision Critical's Rosy Cheng and Doraj Goel for helping host tonight. For the beers and snacks!

The feedback on the talk was positive, Kima did a fantastic job. Thanks everyone for showing up.
The next meetup will probably be late November early December. Can't wait for re:Invent! There'll be lots to report.
