Think beyond Purdy's, Hershey's and Reese's. Exchange visions, ideas, and chocolate with others. We encourage you to play an active role in the chocolate community. You should demonstrate a genuine interest in making and/or processing chocolate. It doesn't matter if you just do it at home in your kitchen, for others as a chef, or as your own business.
