Whoever arrives first, can you please help out by mentioning to those not part of the French meetup, that the backroom is reserved for our private function.

Pour ceux qui arrivent en premier, pouvez vous mentionner a d'autres groupes qui ne font pas parti du meetup français, que la salle est réservée pour une activité privée.

Also please don't be shy to spread out into the rest of the bar if you feel the backroom is too crowded or too loud!
