I am semi-retired and new to the area. I would like to share some of the great free and inexpensive things I've found to do in the Vancouver/Southwest Washington area and learn about new ones.

For those that would like to have an early dinner we will start at 4:00 at Who Sung and Larrys then walk to Esther Short Park for the festival.
