Are you a wannabe Green policy wonk?

Hello everyone,

Have you every wanted to help form official Green policy? Well, now you have a chance to do so, and help ensure that the Green Party of BC has the most well thought-out set of policies in the province!

In the past few months, the Reasearch & Policy committee was busy evaluating policy drafts from party members.  Now the Economy Team needs to fill some holes in the GPBC policy book.

The BC arts and culture community has received government supports for decades.  Currently GPBC does not have an arts and culture policy. The Economy Team is tasked to develop a clear and effective policy with input from stakeholders prior to the AGM in May.

The Economy Team is looking for volunteers to research the effectiveness of the arts and culture policies in other countries.  They need info on:
- the support amounts
- the methods
- the results
- the general feedback from their arts and culture community

The team hopes to have a policy draft by the end of February, so you have 3 weeks to complete the research.  Please email Economy Team research coordinator Joseph Kwan at [address removed] for more information or if you would like to help out with this important research!
