Hello Photowalkers

I am working on this project with the Davis Suzuki Foundation and would like your help.

I am looking for images of your fish dinner.  Unfortunately I need these images by Wednesday the 21st of November

1 - The fish out of package or stream with scales and head or even if it's fish cakes, or fish and chips, out of the box, Or even frozen fish fillets, with or without seasoning.

2 - Then maybe a picture of the fish before it goes in the oven, with lemon and spices on it, or whatever you do.

3 - Out of the oven, cooked, before serving.

4 - On the plate and or on the table with all the sauces and topping you might use.

5 - Also, if you have a recipe of the fish you cooked, to share, please include it in your email.

If you happen to be out for dinner and can just take a shot of your dinner, that is great as well.

I would like you to label them with the type of fish then your last name first initial and the number 1 2 3 or 4  If it is Salmon for example or Rockfish where there is more than one type go SalmonSockeye Smith J 4

If you have more than one different picture of a stage, please send both, or you have something of interest.

Also things like sardines, a picture of the opened can, Sardines on toast , or any other ways that you eat them would be good.

I would like raw images or high quality JPEGs

Today - Sunday Nov 11, I need pictures of all the following fish.

Albacore tuna
crab
Flounder/sole
Geoduck
halibut
Lingcod
northern abalone
Pacific cod
Pacific hake
Pacific herring
prawns
rockfish
sablefish
salmon
sardines
sea cucumber
sea urchin
shrimp
spiny dogfish
white sturgeon

This is a  volunteer situation, so I cannot provide you with anything other than the glory of having your images and cooking used in a good cause.

If you have any questions please let me know

Subject: [Vancouver-Photowalks] Volunteer Opportunity - Photo and Video Investigator - David Suzuki Foundation
Date: Wed, 31 Oct[masked]:10:18 -0400

Hello Photowalkers
Some of you may be aware that I volunteer some of my time to the David Suzuki Foundation. As a result, they have asked me to post this on the Vancouver Photowalks page, it is a volunteer position and will only be for a few weeks. It involves sourcing video clips and photographic images, so it can be done from home.
Here is a high level idea of what the position entails:
We are looking for a knowledgeable individual to source videos and photos of various fish species and their catch methods for this exhibit, preferably via Creative Commons licensing. There may also be a small budget allotted to this project in case any photos/videos need to be purchased
If you are interested and may be able to volunteer some time, click on the link below to sign up for the position:
http://www.davidsuzuki.org/about/volunteer/current-volunteer-opportunities/
It is the second opportunity on the page called: Photo and Video Investigator - Gulf of Georgia Cannery Exhibit
This could be an interesting project...
Chat soon
Barry
