Find out how to create a framework to help plan and coordinate your company's roadmap. Roadmaps provide an avenue to help forecast market and technological development and provide a framework for managing product launches and releases.

Thanks for a great meetup and thanks to POF for the venue. If anyone wants a good framework for the strategy side of things and the cascade from company vision to company strategy to department/product strategies to capabilities (technical roadmaps), you should check out the Playing To Win framework from HBR.

Good introduction to product roadmaps. Suggestion would be to make it actual workshop sessions (perhaps multiple sessions) where the group comes with information on their own company's strategic vision and we work through product roadmapping. Might be tough with such a large group though.
