ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Brian Ruhe: trained as a monk in Thailand and has taught Buddhism for 18 years, Brian is a long-time meditation practitioner, teacher, and the author of two books He also has 350+ You Tube videos with all aspects of his courses.
Jack Liu: Jack is a Ph.D. candidate in Buddhist meditation with more than one decade of practice. He often provides independent guidance and consultation to meditation practitioners. Currently, he is Coordinator of the Mindfulness Program at JCE International College of Holistic Medicine.
Cost: $45, pay in advance or upon arrival.
Lunch: bring your own lunch (kitchen with microwave available), or eat downstairs at nearby restaurants.
