I typically have some simple California rolls, salmon rolls, and salmon and ebi nigiri, and sometimes sashimi. I also occasionally have some unagi nigiri. I try various other types of rolls. I've had a kind of crunchy or crazy (or was it crazy boy) roll I liked once. Sometimes unagi rolls. How tamago tastes varies by place, I might try it at some. There's a place in Pitt Meadows that has a nice unique spicy salmon roll. But there are some ingredients I avoid. I can't stand rolls with cream cheese. And while avocado is alright in California rolls and the like I don't like it in larger quantities. And I NEVER use wasabi or ginger.
