Thank you Jurien for presenting and sharing your perspective. It was great to get your perspective and see how far Canada is yet to go on this online business thing. I'm also constantly ticked off that I can't buy online from most of the big clothing brands I like.

    Thanks!

Great to have a new perspective on this topic. It still amazes me how behind Canada is on this online deal...

i am totally shocked of the lack of knowledge for N. America and the affiliate business as a whole. Do i really care what is happening in Europe? the worlds largest and most aggressive people to market to on or off the internet is the US. they started the affiliate programs for the net.

your speakers, although most likely very nice individuals, should have prepared for the country or continent they live in and are presenting to. at best they could not answer questions correctly for Europe.

presenters not being prepared to answer questions for us in N. America or even having a working affiliate site is not what i expect to to fight traffic to waste my time.

the meetings, as a rule, have good speakers. i am very disappointed.

The networking after filled in some of the gaps in the presentation. The bit about integrating advertisements as content was very useful. The European market perspective was interesting. Might consider adding more information on affiliate networks in Canada. Maybe they'll be another presentation about this.

I don't think presenters have a really good knowledge of N. American affiliate marketing market, but it was interesting to learn about situation in Europe.
