The first step in learning to meditate is to attend a free 1 hour Introduction Talk, which is a Q&A session. You will hear about the practice of Vedic Meditation, the benefits, your inability to "quiet your mind", and any questions you want to ask.
The Meditation classes will be held on the days following the Introduction Talk. You'll be given a chance to register at the end of the Introduction Talk.
The meditation course itself is offered over four days, about ninety minutes each day. At the end of these four days you will have all the tools and information you will need to make Vedic Meditation a regular and powerful part of your life.
