Bistro Vonish is putting on another fine dining supper club. Coming up on Friday, August 30, at 7pm.
We will be serving a four course, prix fixe menu showcasing the freshest produce from local farms. All menu items will be gluten free. Beverages will be provided, but BYOB if you care for something stronger. $40 per seat. The menu is below:
potato leek soup with crisp purple potatoes
Baby Romaine Bouquet
rainbow carrots, bell pepper vinaigrette, nest of rutabaga
heirloom tomatoes, hazelnut cream, topped with seared radicchio and fig gastrique
Mousseline Chocolate Pie
rich chocolate mousse with a caramel wafer

It is first come, first serve, with space for 16 guests, and I cannot hold your seat until we make arrangements for payment.
If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice before the event, a full refund will be issued.
