Tour of Veg-Friendly Trailer Parks: Part Two - Lunch at SoCo Food Court

PLEASE NOTE THE DATE CHANGE: We are changing this Meetup from Sunday, November 11th, to the following Sunday, November 18th, to avoid conflicting with the 24th Annual Lone Star Vegetarian Chili Cook-off. We wanted to keep it to a Sunday at noon and chose November 18th (Formula 1 race) over November 4th (Fun Fun Fun Fest). We apologize for any inconvenience!

This is the second stop on what we hope will be an annual fall ritual: The Tour of Veg-Friendly Trailer Parks!

SoCo Food Court offers several vegetarian options, including:

Nomad Dosa serves Indian food quickly that is nourishing, whole and fresh rather than processed, frozen and precooked, delicious, and engaging to all your senses. The majority of what they serve is food allergy and vegan friendly. All prepared menu items are wheat-free, gluten-free, and soy-free. They never use nor prepare foods that have any artificial food additives, guar or xanthan gums, refined flours and sugars. They only utilize olive and coconut oils in their cooking.

Coat & Thai proud serves the finest Thai cuisine this side of Bangkok. It’s all fresh, wok cooked and MSG free.

PitaLicious serves authentic Mediterranean Pita Sandwiches, including vegan ones. They also serve fresh falafel daily.

Mambo Berry is serving up the friendliest selection of fruit smoothies, tamales, sandwiches and breakfast tacos, including several options for vegetarians and gluten free individuals.

Wurst Tex, Austin’s delightful little red trailer that also serves veggie brats.

The Mighty Cone serves vegetables in a paper cone and veggie sliders.

Hey Cupcake! is one of the original food trailers in Austin serving traditional cupcakes with a small twist to keep people coming back time and time again.

The Austin Frigid Frog offers shaved ice treats at great prices and their syrup is made with purified water and pure cane sugar.
