This class is taught by Candace and Sid. It offers an opportunity to learn to make some healthy raw/vegan foods. They are not professionals, but just want to share with other vegans the good recipes and things they learned. Among the foods that are planned will be a raw vegan ice cream, a simple bread or cracker, and a cole slaw. There might also be some dehydration demonstrated.
The class is limited to ten people plus the two organizers. If the attendee limit is full when you RSVP, you can join the waiting list to see if someone else cancels. If you do RSVP for this and then find you cannot come, please change your RSVP so someone else can have your position.
