VegBoone is excited to extend an invitation to a specially created Indian dinner at Boone's Mint Restaurant! Our August dinner there was superb and enjoyed by all. Every dish is vegan!

The Menu

Appetizers

Mulligatwani Lentil Soup

Green Salad

Chana Chat (a flavorful chickpea dish)

Pakora (vegetables fried in a chickpea batter)

Dinner Entrees served family style:

Allu Baigan With Mushrooms (eggplant, potato, mushroom dish)

Dal Tarka (split lentils)

Chef's Special Vegetarian (includes potatoes, broccoli, green peas, carrots, cauliflower)

Bhindi Masala (baby okra based dish)

Vegetarian Biryani (vegetables and rice)

Roti bread, rice and Indian tea or coffee (decaf or regular) included.

$20 per person includes tax and gratuity. $12 for ages 5-12. Pay at the restaurant. Wine and other beverages besides tea/coffee are extra. Please, no food substitutions, additions or doggie bags.

Please keep your RSVP including number of guests up-to-date as there is an attendee limit.

Excellent. Food was delicious, servings very generous, and great company and service. If we hold future events there, it would be nice to cut down on the oil? The okra was delicious, definitley a highlight for me, as was the chickpea salad. I think the okra would be just as good with less oil.

Mint is my fav restaurant, I go there often. But I have to say that tonight was the BEST food I've ever had at Mint! The okra dish was so good I overate like crazy! Really really delicious!

If you sign up for the Mint dinner, be sure you intend to come. The restaurant is investing time and money according to the exact number of participants we provide them. It is a great deal for the quality and quantity of food we receive and the service is exceptional. We had a great turnout last time and everyone had a fantastic time.
