There are many paths to vegetarianism - environmental, ethical, dietary, religious, etc. We are open to anyone who has chosen a meatless diet or has a sincere interest in doing so, no matter what the reason.   We want to encourage a healthier way of eating that is kinder to your body, to animals, and to the environment.   We want to show that vegetarian and vegan food is not only good for you, it can be DELICIOUS!  And, we want to provide support and encouragement, no matter what part of the path you are on - whether you have been vegan for years or are just starting to consider a meatless diet.
